BOOKING GUIDELINES & RESORT POLICIES
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the resort.
Valid original photo identifications for all guests above the age of 18 years have to be presented at the time of check-in. As per government regulations the accepted identification proofs are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport.PAN card is not accepted as valid ID proof. Without original valid ID proof the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
The standard check-in time is 12 noon, and you can check-in any time after that till your reservation is valid. The standard check-out time is 11 Noon.
Stay of 1 child up to 12 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.
For triple occupancy bookings in one double occupancy room extra mattress will be provided with applicable charges.
Home style vegetarian food is available at nominal rates as per a fixed menu. Meals will be served in your cottage/apartment.
The Total Rent Charges may be different when the booking is done directly through the SHUBHAM HOLIDAY HOMES website , and when it is done via other online websites.
Booking confirmation will be given on receipt of 50% of Total Rent Charge amount.
Resort amenities are shown on the website and guests are advised to refer the same while booking.
The resort does not have Wi-Fi connectivity due to unavailability of network in these hilly regions.
The resort may deny entry of visitors to rooms. Please confirm with the resort before inviting visitors into the rooms.
The resort reserves the right to refuse entry or services for any reason it may consider as inappropriate/harmful/threatening to the resort and its ambience.
If any action by a guest is deemed as inappropriate by the resort, or is brought to the attention of the resort, then the resort reserves the right to investigate and take action against the guest if required.
Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to resort asset. Guest shall keep the occupancy room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
Pets are not allowed in the resort premises without special permission
